I purchased one of these from Tosca Belmont. Packed in a plastic bag, it looked good. The ones on display seemed more than acceptable. Get home and fill it from my old Billabong bag. Pulled the straps tight and stood it up. WTF.. It will not stand up on its own. There is no mechanism to hold it vertical. Good luck at the airport. So contacted the lass at Tosca Belmont and went back to change it. Due to Geelong traffic we arrived dead on 5pm as she was locking the door. But, as a professional she allowed us in and I walked out 10 minutes later with another model that stands on it own. Full points to the staff lass. But, why do Tosca sell this model at all if it has no ability to stand on its own??? very shonky.
