To start a warranty claim, please follow the instructions below.
- For items purchased within the past 36 months, please contact the retailer where the product was purchased from. They will assist you further.
- For items purchased outside of 36 months, please continue completing the warrant claim form.
Please note that in order for us to process your claim all fields must be completed. Full terms and conditions regarding your TOSCA Travelgoods warranty can be found here. We aim to process all warranty claims with 4 weeks, please note this may take longer during exceptionally busy periods.
By completing this Warranty Claim form you are confirming that you are age 16 years or above. Anyone under the age of 16 years must ask a Parent or Guardian to make a claim on their behalf.
